Retail and commercial amenities are an important part of the Master Plan for East Beach, which proposes at total of 150,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. Now in the planning stages, these amenities will be developed at the neighborhood’s western edge, next to Shore Drive, to bring daily conveniences within easy walking distance of residents. Currently 20,000 square feet of retail and commercial space is under development on Pretty Lake Avenue, on the ground floor of East Beach Villas at Pretty Lake.
