A native of Hampton Roads, Chip Iuliano started Area Builders of Tidewater, Inc. after graduating from Old Dominion University in 1976. Chip has been building custom homes for more than 25 years, steadily earning a reputation for superior quality and craftsmanship. Chip's involvement with clients and his personal attention to every detail delivers satisfied homeowners year after year.

Chip has been actively involved with the Tidewater Builders Association since 1992 and its signature event, Homearama. He is the current president of TBA. In 1997, he built the charity house for Homearama, and in 1998 and 1999, Chip served as the Homearama Chair. His homes have captured numerous awards including Best in Show and honors for craftsmanship.

For Chip, East Beach represents a special opportunity to capture the quality of life in a setting like no other in Hampton Roads. He is impressed by the architectural quality of the designs and the integrity of the vision. He is eager to begin building in Norfolk's newest waterfront neighborhood.
