Michael Brunick started Definitive Homes, Inc. in 1999 after working for some of Hampton Roads' finest home builders. Mike has brought together the very best from his experience in the industry to create a company that emphasizes quality products and craftsmanship, superior design and solid value. He expanded the business by bringing his friend, John Reddecliff, on board in the summer of 2002.

Mike and John like the unique design of East Beach, noting how the homes respect and reflect the traditional architecture of the region. They are delighted to be involved in this breakthrough development.

Mike is a hands-on builder and is active in every phase of the construction process. He prides himself on his accessibility to his clients. Mike and John's homes can be found in many of Hampton Roads' finer communities and they received the Best in Show Award at the 2002 Homearama.
