After graduating from college, Larry Hill worked as a nuclear engineer. His passion for building was realized during the summers when he worked in construction to put himself through engineering school at Old Dominion University. He started his career as a builder with his own construction company, L.R. Hill Custom Builders Inc., 20 years ago.

Moving new customers into their homes and seeing their satisfaction is the motivating factor for Larry. He prides himself on the personal attention he gives each project and maintains a full-time customer service technician to ensure that his clients' satisfaction continues long after their homes are completed.

As a builder and boater, he recognizes the incredible opportunity that East Beach brings to this area, both in terms of the ideal Chesapeake Bay waterfront location and the quality home architecture and craftsmanship guidelines.

A part of Homearama for more than 15 years, L.R. Hill Custom Builders, Inc., has won the People's Choice Favorite Home Award for 10 of those years, along with more than 75 other awards.
