Brian Grace started in the business by buying old houses and renovating them. His venture to become a builder is a familiar story... what started out as a hobby became a passion and then a career. Prior to starting Mid Atlantic Custom Builders, Inc. two years ago, he was building impressive structures for the Navy, like jet fuel farms, barracks and water/sewage treatment facilities.

Brian lives in Ocean View and chose to remain there after his military duty was complete. As Brian notes, he could have chosen anywhere in the country, but he loved Ocean View and now considers himself a lifetime resident.

Brian builds primarily in Ocean View and particularly likes to build turn-of-the-century beach homes. That makes him a perfect match for the East Beach vision of a coastal village built on the historic precedents of great waterfront living.

Brian believes that "if you live where you work, you must deliver quality."
