M. D. Riley is prepared for all facets of the construction process
with a real estate license, courses in architecture and a contractor's
license to his name. With 25 years in the business, M.D. is a
third generation builder with work ethics handed down from his
father.

He has a hands-on approach with each home he builds and a keen eye
for detail. Driven by his passion, M.D. builds homes as though they were
his own.
As a beach native, M.D. has an appreciation for the redevelopment
of Ocean View. His style is simplistic and his personality is laid back.
His goal is to begin each relationship with a client as a friend, and he
works hard to ensure the friendship continues long after the homeowner
moves in.
