The East Beach Foundation is a non-profit organization formed by the developer, which offers East Beach residents various cultural, educational, and social programs that enhance their quality of life.

Thus far, the foundation’s efforts have resulted in several house concerts and a summer lecture series about “Life on the Bay.” And in turn, residents have been inspired to start their own neighborhood traditions and activities, such as the 4th of July parade, Christmas tree-trimming party, Cinco de Mayo celebration, and Labor Day picnic. The East Beach Foundation is currently planning future house concerts and other activities as the neighborhood continues to grow.
